15 months ago I would have recommended this vet in a heartbeat then my 15 year old girl got ill and because I decided not to put her through all the tests and proceedures the vet made me feel like a monster when I was already distressed at the thought of losing her. The vet I saw on my next visit totally understood my decision which helped slightly as I was already upset that I was going to be saying good bye to my girl....I still kept taking my boy to this vet because I thought this was a one off..Then my boy developed tumors in his throat and the vet was great with him right up until the end until I went to pick up my boys ashes and found out that the vet/cremation service had disregarded my wishes and put my boy in the wrong scatter tube. I then had to deal with Lanark and the receptionist tried to blame me for the mistake and was totally unprofessional both over the phone and in person....will not be using these vets again

Took my Chihuahua Merlin for laser treatment after he had an operation. Mirjam is excellent at treating the animals. Kind, compassionate and professional. Trust her 100% with my dogs, who mean the world to me

I cannot thanks Mhairi and her team at the Lesmahagow branch for their rapid response today. My dog ended up with a gash and they responded immediately. They were very professional and caring which gave me so much reassurance. Thank you so much for looking after my Piper🥰

Clydevets nvr disappointed when at them from vets consultation to payment,always reasonable prices.

They forget that it's working class people who own pets we are not millionaires with the prices they charge. I lost my dog due to their greed for cash and they were not very helpful. If I ever have another pet I will never use these vets again.
