I cannot rate this vets highly enough they are amazing! Thank you so much for all your help and support during a very difficult time!

Very disappointed in the service we received. The male vet isn't very friendly, my husband said he had an attitude. They are dishonest about things. Personally I feel they made my cat ill. I had a second opinion which confirmed the dishonest diagnosis and the reason they had made him ill. Basically we paid a large amount of money to make cat worse, and more money else were to make him better.

Would not recommend this vet, would never take any of my pets here again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and made me feel at ease with everything that was going on and was excellent with archie and gave me loads of advice and information and support

Disgusted with appointments my 12year old dog was booked in for scale and polish and i was told qhen i collected her they uad taken 4 teeth out vet didn't talk to me when i asked why wasnt i told she spoke to my partner ignarant girl, rude staff

Have only good things to say about this practise , especially vet Zara who kept up in the loop when she could , made difficult by the fact we had no phone single in our cottage , finkey took bad with pancreatitis and ended up having to stay 2 nights , and as we were due home on the Saturday she made sure he was transferred to vets now in gateshead, but hd made such a good recovery in the car going jome tge vet in gateshead said he could just come home and now he is back to his playful cheeky self thank you everyoneb
