Been with these for years and they have always done their best for the dogs we have rescued, they are now looking after our recent arrival Sally. The staff are very friendly and both the receptionist are very helpful especially if you phone them with a problem or needing an urgent appointment, all the vets and nurses are excellent at their jobs, and now it is down to Susannah to look after Sally,we have great confidence in her ,as we have known her for many years,as to all the staff there also..

I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else, my two dogs Max & Mysti have been there pretty much their entire life and always met with professionalism and such polite stuff. My cat Biscuit was with them about a year, before unfortunately on the 4th of February he had to be put down due to heart failure, this was very sudden and the staff was amazing and they didn't try and get money out of me before putting my cat down which I really appreciated they were extremely kind. I've lost a pet once before in another vet surgery (I won't name) and they treated my deceased pet horribly. Bridge vets are the best vets in the Blaenau Gwent

Brilliant with our puppy Bracken, offered a puppy package which includes his 2 injections, 3 months worming, micro chip & 10% towards neutering in the future, if we decide to go this way
The deal is £75
Highly Recommended.

I would never take my pets anywhere else. Every vet I have seen there has been brilliant. Michelle on reception is brilliant. Nurses have all been faultless. They have all provided excellent care for my pets. Yes they can be expensive but vet care is expensive everywhere. I'm lucky I have insurance. They complete all the claims for my animals no hassle at all. I'm a member of their pet health club that allows me to spread cost of vaccinations, flea and worming treatments over the year. I've had a difficult year with my one dog and we ultimately had to euthanise him but throughout his treatment right from the initial diagnosis I've felt fully supported by the staff at Bridge all the way. It was same last year with my other dog who had cancer. They were there throughout and all appeared to really care about my pets. My dogs are a bit choosy about who they like but they've had no issues with any of the staff.

Unfortunately we're not with them anymore due to my daughter moving from Wales to England but for the 10yrs her and her dog was with them they were exceptional brilliant. Very kind to all pets. They treat every pet and every owner with respect.
I would recommend them to everyone.
