Lovely vets practice, first visit there. The vet gave sensible advice, didn't push any expensive treatment and my cat loved her. Good find, would recommend.

We registered our kitten, Scout here this month. We are so impressed with the care that he received during his first vaccination and check-up today. We registered Scout on the Healthy Pet Club, which was quick and easy to do, and the receptionist explained everything so well to us. We were able to take advantage from the perks that it came with. 😊

Thank you again, all!

Best Vets in Cardiff! They look after our Cats and Dog with such love and professionalism. Even though we've moved, we're never changing Vets because why change from Numero Uno?!

I have The Healthy Pet Club plan for both my dogs.
After having the devastating situation with the Vets when I took my male dog there for nail clipping but was attacked by a vet who was against the Micro Bully breed.
I decided to put him in another Vets for treatments.
But keep paying the Healthy Pet Club to receive the flea and worming treatment for him.
But to continue using the Vets and Healthy Pet Club for my other dog.
But use the Branch that I hadn't gone to last time with my Male dog where I received the appalling treatment.
I phoned the Healthy Pet Club to check this was OK.
They said it is OK.
But I phoned to book in my dog the vets to have her 6 month physical.
The Receptionist said she can't book in the dog.
The Manager needs to speak to me or my partner.
The Manger phoned my partner and he was told none of our dogs are welcome at their Clinics that they don't want us there.
He explained the Healthy Pet Club said its ok to use the Vets for their services in the plan.
She said she is cancelling the plans.
I feel this is absolutely wrong on every level.
I'm now cancelling my Healthy Pet Club membership for both my dogs.

Charlotte is an excellent vet and is great with our dogs - very empathetic. Our dogs never seem to be stressed about going to this vet. Not expensive (by vet standards) and they are always very clear with diagnosis and advice. They don't try to upsale and receptionist and nurses are also very nice.

Wonderful vet who you can tell really cares about your beloved pets. So happy we found them and have no problem taking our 2 Frenchies and 3 guinea pigs to them.

Very bad. I missed my appointment due to an emergency situation and could not leave my home and they sacked me from the practice. Refused to give my car his free 6 month check up which i have beem paying for every single month. Then they refused to give him his medication as they sacked us from the practice. They tried to charge me for a missed appointment even though i called to cancel before hand to make them aware of the emergency. My poor cat had been under the weather due to not having his medication which i pay for on a monthly plan and they were made aware of this but still did not offer to see him although it was meant to be a free check up as part of my package. They did not care and now my cat had to wait to be registered. Why should my cat have to suffer because of an emergency. I am very dissapointed
