Turned away as they didn't have vacancy to register pet - fail to understand why we needed to register when we clearly stated that it was to have our pet put down, didn't need a consultation as we knew our poor boy was ready to pass away. Had to travel to parc tawe which wasn't much better as we were charged an extortionate consultation fee despite once again already stating that it was just to put our animal down. Lack of empathy and compassion in both practices. Feels like the treatment of smaller animals isn't taken as seriously as that of say a cat or dog. Very hurtful at such a sad time.

The vet helped me to learn how to trim my dogs claws, helped me deal with my very anxious dog and how best to help him with travelling and absolutely fantastic with giving him his vaccination

Both nurses and vets were friendly and helpful, Jazz in particular.

Nicky is exceptional. Always so helpful and Patient. Our dog is not a fan of the vets and Nicky is always great with her. Happy to answer questions and doesn't rush you.

Those on reception are always friendly and helpful.

Staff are always very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

Took my 2 dogs here for their boosters and the staff seem very friendly and efficient. Vets were good with dogs to put them at ease.

This vet practise have looked after us since we moved here. Today they really made the difference when we took him in for his final visit. A very sad & difficult time for us, but all the staff were so caring and gentle with both our beautiful little dog and with us, showing great care and understanding. A great team of vets & staff. Thank you.

My rabbit Monty had an eye infection 2 weeks ago and I came to have him checked, as his eye was still weeping. He's due to be neutered soon, so I didn't want him to undergo surgery if he wasn't well. Nicky listened to my concerns and took him into the consulting room, explaining she'll be a few minutes. She came back and gave more details about causes of his eye weeping. She was very clear and after agreeing a small procedure, which flushed the eye; it was decided that their was no infection but it would be checked whilst he was under GA for neutering.
Nicky was fantastic and I fully recommend this practice.
