Brought rambo here with the initial symptoms after he ate a plastic voicebox from a stuffed rebecca rabbit toy. We got an appointment the same day and once we arrived he was seen quickly. Also brought rocky down last week for his booster vaccination. Although these vets are caring compassionate and knowledgeable, i do hope we wont have to go back for a while.🤞🐶 .

We have used a few different Vet practices over the years but this is by far the most welcoming and helpful of all. The staff are always accommodating where they can be and they truly care about the animals. Their help with our dog has been nothing short of miraculous but done through dedication. Amazing place and better people.

Not the best experience having to have my rabbit pts. Staff were lovely. Although thought that £119 to put a rabbit to sleep was rather extortionate.

Over the years I have found the practice very good. It can be busy at times but appointments can be given. This year my dog was very poorly, the vet was honest and caring about her condition and gave the most appropriate treatment. I am very grateful for the last few weeks we had with her. A caring and compassionate practice.

We’ve been with Maesglas, Llantrisant for 12 years and have always been impressed by the care and treatment they’ve given our 2 much loved dogs, Buddy(12) and Leia(7)
Lately, I have had to take my old fella Buddy back and forth due to a chronic respiratory condition he’s developed and we’ve been treated by Ellie who, in my opinion, is an absolute star 🌟 She has been wonderful with Buddy and sourced the most appropriate treatment for him and has called me numerous times after closing times to check his progress on new treatment. She’s a wonderful vet and I feel confident in her treatment of my precious boy.
All the staff I’ve had contact with from the reception staff to the many vets have been great and I feel fortunate to have Maesglas as my dogs vets.
Thank you all for your continued dedication, compassion and expertise.

Took my dog who had broke a claw to vets to have her checked I was in examination room for about 90 seconds , vet said dog was fine and to keep her from going in muddy water ect I was happy to hear this, the shock came when I paid the bill which I expected to be between £10.00 to £15.00 but got charged £40.04 for 90 seconds which I thought was a b/it expensive
