Caring professional and good value

Phoned up as my sheep needed treatment and was met with a disgusting attitude from the receptionist. Her tone was condescending, rude and instantly put me off using this practice. If this is the practice’ first port of call, I dread to think what the vets are like.

On holiday and they saw our dog even though they were fully booked for the day. Excellent service, very professional, caring and very friendly. We would highly recommend.

I have never met such a totally unprofessional lady on reception in all my life. Her attitude towards a potential new customer was disgusting. If I could have left 0 stars I would.
