Vets4Pets Llantrisant

A responsible vet service would always put dosage and frequency of administration on the label of a prescribed medicine. On Easter weekend, because Vets4Pets were closed I had to use an out of hours service to get this essential information.

From the time of walking into Pets At Home and having help from one of the staff from Vets For Pets to carry my cat in was great. By the way, the member of staff fronthe vets knew it was Daisy, which made my visit very personalised. The care for Daisy has been excellent at every visit

Charlie was brilliant. Very patient and reassuring with Max. She really put me at ease and informed me of a plan of future treatment. Clearly understood adapting to anxious dogs

Lily (i cant remember if she was a nurse or vet) was lovely. Very informative and my cat was calm with her and she was very gentle with him

The vet was lovely, very helpful. But costs were not discussed at all. Consultation fee added on top of treatment but not explained nor broken down on receipt.

Reception staff and vets and nurses are all lovely and really look after my three dogs. I like coming to the vets, even if my dogs don't .

Charlie the Vet was amazing and took time to understand my pets needs.

Very expensive medication for a simple ear infection which cost £13 online, we were charged £42!! Shockingly overpriced
