Lakeside Veterinary Surgery

Lakeside are a fantastic team. I highly recommend them. They go the extra mile with customer care. And I am always comforted by the love & affection they give to my rescue dog Spike when he has had to stay with them for procedures now he's getting old. Can't praise them enough.

Arrived on an emergency basis and had no appointment but didn’t have to wait long at all before we were seen .
Veterinary lady we saw was wonderful, kind , gentle and very attentive to the fact that my dog Jess was in a lot of pain . Reassuring in her manner and approach with both myself and Jess and gave really helpful advice information and medication

Always receive a great service from all the staff at Lakeside. They take the time to listen and do thorough exams. Options for treatments are explored and costs explained. I definitely feel my dog is safe and cared for in their hands.

Brilliant vets and team, they saved my beloved cats life and were brilliant with her (and me!) the whole time. They are really knowledgeable and professional but also clearly care about the animals they care for. I had to collect my cat at the start & end of the day so saw lots of people dropping of their pets and all their staff were so kind and gentle with the animals when their owners were gone.
I'm very distrustful of vets after previous bad experiences and they could of really taken advantage of me if they only cared about the money. But at every stage they put my cats wellbeing first and patiently explained to me what was going on. Thank you

I've been taking our pets to lakeside since we moved to Swansea in 2017. We've had a range of different animals pet rats, a budgie, now a cat. I'll never forget how kind the lady on the end of the phone was when I phoned to cancel our budgie's appointment after he had sadly died. She asked if there was anything they could do. Obviously there wasn't much at that point, but I appreciated the gesture and the offer of support. I've taken our senior rescue cat to the vet for a couple of minor ailments over the past couple years since we've had him and I have always found them kind, caring, and supportive. Would definitely recommend.

Managed to fit in an appointment to get my cat checked over after having to go to out of hours the evening before. Vet is lovely and she answered all my questions so didn't feel rushed although she was very busy. Receptionists were lovely too.

Lovely staff who treated me and my pet really well. Everyone's a pleasure to talk to and get information from. Fairly priced, no nasty surprises and couldn't recommend enough

Awful. Needed to change details with them which i believed had happened but this was not the case. They didnt update contact details like i asked and now i am having issues moving my cat from one vets to another. Because the cats still under her previous owner whose dead. Good luck tryibg to contact the previous owner shes a box of ashed on my bookshelf.
