Superb treatment of a poorly puppy by Serena. She was gentle and understanding of both patient and owner and clearly explained treatment and care.
During Bailey's hospitalization, I was given regular updates on her treatment and welfare. All the staff are amazing: your pet is just as important to them as s/he is to you.

I love that St James has its own hospital that is attended 24/7 too

Lucas had a look at my 2 new poorly kittens, one worse than the other, one was not eating but since seeing Lucas their both already on their way to recovery and eating

From talking on the phone with the receptionist to visiting the practice today and meeting the wonderful vet, the service has been gold star in my opinion and also my precious fur baby, he's a big boy but very friendly and all the staff put him at ease xx

Vets know their stuff. Always give good advice. Most importantly their love of animals shines through. The way they handle them shows that. Always polite to customers too.

A great practice and another great visit today for my dog’s second injections. On seeing he was a little nervous, the vet ensured he was not negatively associating me with his injections and took him out to have his injections done with a nurse, while also checking him over and giving excellent advice on nail care and practicing getting his paws comfortable being handled! Very happy so far with my dog’s treatment, very reassuring to know he’s in good hands!

Highly recommend St James. Im registered with Walters road but have visited the one in Sketty too. Both places outstanding. They showed compassion towards my cat, very friendly staff and always willing to listen and offer advice when needed.
