My cat hadn't walked for 2 days new years day decided to get him urgently seen. Luckily was only a nasty sprain but they were fantastic very professional felt at ease with my cat in their care.

Huge improvement here after the abysmal visit about 5yrs ago. The receptionists actually act like they like animals unlike the previous lot. The vet was lovely on visits with my cat who had cancer. I would 100% recommend them now, credit where it is due.

Lovely clinic and staff. Have my 2 cats registered, been with the clinic for 5 years plus. Always had and continue to have excellent care.

Didn't really want to help.us when we picked up an injured Swift on a bike ride during our caravan holiday. Suggested we leave it where it was.. with a local cat watching it. We ended up cycling 5 miles each way to a vet. Not really ideal as a couple in our late 60's!

The RSPCA practice at Merthyr is off the chart good. The vets,and staff are very professional,and i believe they genuinely have the animals interest at heart. I'm truly saddened that from the 9th December 2022, the practice's doors will no longer be open to the general public. Ruby,and i,will have a tough time finding a surgery as good as this one.

This was my GP vets for years but they closed to the public recently. I can not contact them for my pets prescriptions which they need to live. They said they have sent out letters informing people of this closure but I have had no such letter. I have tried other vets in further away places but they are not taking on any more patients. This closure is totally irresponsible and unprofessional. I would buy thier medication online but can not as they need a vet prescription form which I can't get because they won't respond to email or phone call and are closed. I can't get this vet prescription because of the closure. Terrible.
