If I could give minus I would. My dog who is a rescue went to have her booster yesterday. My husband explained she is a nervous dog to to her past trauma. The vet wouldn't let my husband go in, she then put a too tight muzzle on Poppy and tried to force her to submit. To which Poppy struggled and howled the place down. The struggle was that bad the vet actually DISLOCATED her finger!! She then grabbed my dog and threw her into the door to another room.. disgusting.
Upon calling today they said that never happen. Poppy just yelped and then placed in another room. Couldn't explain that my husband saw it happen through the glass or explain how the vet dislocated her finger..

Appalling! Receptionist great and supportive to rectify issues, vet distant, took pets without explanation, very rough handling in the treatment room, went ahead wrote script and treatment plan up without any consultation!!! Amazed at the extremely poor standards!!!!

Vets4pets has always been a good experience although Crosshands still doesn't let the owners in consultations room with pet (Llanelli did when lily had emergency, Crosshands referred her too there) but all the staff are brilliant, vet nurses & vets have basically saved lily life and boomer (other pet) when he had car accident.
lily had complications with spading and all extra treatment was explained. I will always be thankful to the team there and both my pets get pampered rotten, staff seem happy to see them making the experience even more comforting to me as an owner even if pets aren't so happy to be visiting Vets. My dogs always go with Vet/nurse even though their tails are down, they always come out happy and more than happy to be pampered whilst Vet/nurse explain any follow up treatment or what we need to do at home.

I had no problems at all. Everything was explained. The nurse/reception staff were exemplary as was the vet. All my concerns were dealt with and both her operation was brought forward as one became free as her follow-up appointment has already been changed to an earlier one. I call that consideration of the first degree. Thank you .

Sophie was great. She took a real interest in our dog and kept us fully updated as to what was happening and thoroughly explained the treatment plan. She was very professional and friendly

Excellent communication and on the day of Wyn's procedure the nurse Julia was kind and professional. She even rang the next day to check he was ok.

Took my 11 year old Spaniel here few days before Christmas 2021.Sadly my spaniel developed an illness which gave us no other option.
Staff here were very sympathetic and compassionate, dealing with matters excellently.
A few days later, I was surprised to receive a hand written card through the post from the staff at Vets4Pets sending their condolences. The envelope also contained a pack of 'forget-me-not' seeds, lovely touch.
Thank you to all staff V4P.
