Took my pet here for a pain relief injection as they would not take their oral pain relief. Whatever they gave my pet caused my animal to go limp and be unable to move or eat for 12 hours. Will not be going here again.

Our beautiful boy, Jack, was referred to Kate O’Sullivan at Mill Referrals (at Ystwyth Veterinary Practice) for further investigations due to possible bone cancer. We were treated with kindness and compassion at a truly heartbreaking and worrying time. Kate took the time to discuss treatment options with us, listen to our concerns and respect our final decision to put Jack to sleep. We are very grateful for the kind professionalism we were afforded by Kate and her whole team. Thank you.

Took our labradore to have surgery on her knee, everything was explained as well as demonstrated on skeleton models before. Even got given ice packs clear instructions written down

Best vets I've ever had. Very clear with information, take excellent care of our animals. Went this morning for my puppy who ate something she shouldn't have, got an emergency appointment and took my puppy in. I love that they double check things, it certainly reassures me. They treated my puppy and she is doing very well. Will always highly recommend them.

First time visit today and I am lost for words how kind and lovely the vet and reception was. I have an extremely anxious dog and the vet spent the first minutes making my dog comfortable and letting him familiarise himself with the room and getting to know the vet.
