Adequate service. Reception staff we're brilliant. Vet we saw was unfriendly and cursory. Such a shame. She succeeded in getting the issue resolved however so I appreciate that.

Absolutely appauling nurse was rude their service was bad whispering behind customers back about them and their pet . Very blunt and extremely unsympathetic. They don't ask if u want to say good bye before they put them down and get mad when an ill animal has an accident or pukes . I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason .

So grateful for having access to a vet whilst not working due to illness, a vets bill could leave me without money for food, bills etc. The care my dogs have received has been incredible and the advice given has meant my dogs are happy and healthy again. Forever grateful for help in tough times. I'll always make a donation when possible and hope to donate regularly when my position improves

Went there 1st time appointment. I found it very easy to book the vet seemed to be very knowledgeable, waiting times were good Went in 5 minutes after allocated appointment time. It was easy to get a perscription from there. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Have got 2nd appointment booked for 2nd pet. Would reccommend

I have been trying to get hold of the pdsa, since monday 10/10/2022.i have phoned and phoned gone through the options, and line went dead, emailed them had no response at all,it is now saturday 15/10/2022. I had to take my poorly cat to another vet wich has cost me almost £160 between seeing the vet antibiotics, and taxi fare down and back,as i dont drive.

Pdsa Llanelli ate very helpful and understanding. People put them down.but at the end of the day they are a charity who relys on donations like any other charity. So when yiu visit please remember this. 🐾🐾.

Saved two of my 3 cats that had an unknown virus. Sadly Simba didn't make it. But Frankie had a feeding tube fitted and stayed in for 3 days. Then they said he needs some TLC so we took him home. We fed him and give him meds for two weeks. Today he had the tube removed, he's back to himself at last.
Sadly, we lost one of our cats, but if it wasn't for the PDSA we would have lost all 3. I donated around £300 in the 4 weeks. I know that doesn't cover the cost of what they did, but it's a lot for someone who had to stop working.
Thank you all at the PDSA and Bryanna and Kate. Keep up the tremendous jobs you all do. 😊
