Unbelievable service. All staff truly care and go the extra mile at All Pets Vet Care. Since our dog was 8 weeks, we have used all their services, from neutering to pet passport to monthly flea treatments. It’s phenomenal when you think of the number of pets they’ve seen that they know our spaniel by name and recall his treatments. Not just Billa and Joan as the vets, but all staff exhibit amazing professionalism and dedication to duty! Thoroughly recommend their health plan, which is both cost effective and all-encompassing. The text reminders, appointment availability and timely services are just a cherry on the top!

On holiday in Pembrokeshire and my dog (Gwen) became seriously ill, having seizures, vomiting, and partially responsive, couldn't stand. After arriving at this vet prior to it opening, the amazing staff welcomed us in and saw her immediately. The vets, nurses and reception staff not only cared about our dog but also how we would cope as a family. They promptly did bloods, ultrasounds and an x-ray whilst putting her on IV fluids. This revealed a large blockage due to a foreign body in her intestine. Gwen required emergency surgery and a 2 night stay. Her surgery was successful and the vets and nurses took such good care of her, better than any other vet experience we have ever had. They all loved her just as much as we do, and gave her exceptional care. We were allowed to visit her and the aftercare was thorough and reassuring. This veterinary practice is so empathetic, expert and they saved our dog's life by acting appropriately to an emergency and doing a complex procedure. Can't think of one thing which wasn't overwhelmingly positive, making a very scary and stressful time so much more manageable. Gwen made so many friends at the practice and no Stine was left unturned, she was nursed 1:1 as needed and the staff called us and sent us messages and pictures on the pets app to update us regularly. A very unique practice. Everyone was amazing, especially Cethin, Katie (surgeon!), Billa, Bryony, Mary, Cathy, Francesca and Alice! Reasonably priced, brilliant environment. ❤️🐾

Awful Service. Only interested in getting money out of you, trying to sell you their own dog food and dog lucozade. They even told us raw food is bad. They quoted us the wrong price too and charged us £150 more than we was first told.

Joined All Pets Vets recently. Extremely happy with the way in which they deliver the care for my little dog. They actually listen to you and then suggest a plan as to he way Bella will be treated. She had a tooth out recently and of course I wa worried as she is tiny, 1.2 kgs. They put my mind at rest and she was absolutely fine following the procedure. They also have a plan where you pay so much each other and is well worth the only. I definitely eouldnt hesitate in recommending this vet. We always want the best for our pets and I believe they go above and beyond. Thank you All so Much.

Excellent vets that puts the animals first. My dog owes his life to their prompt actions, they stepped in when another Vets wouldn't.

The staff were excellent patient and very professional- and MOSTLY thorough.

Never good to take a pet to the vets but they are really caring and helpful here and one of the only local vets that do exotic animals

The prices are a complete disgrace, went to another vet and got quoted half the price then with pets vet care.
She has just lost 3 dogs wouldn't go back there again
