Alphavet Veterinary Centre

Very happy with the service we received on reception at the Risca branch but most importantly from the vet we saw with our young dog recently. Really kind and when he called with the results he took the time to explain what we needed to do to best help our dog get better. Visited this practice a number of times and this vet was extremely good.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, been bringing the family pets here for many years now, big and small. Always very clean, orderly and friendly even when it's busy. Staff know their clients, which is lovely.

I have been a customer of Alpha Vet for many years I have found them always to be concerned about any pet that comes through their doors. They will not fob you off but tell you as it is. They are caring and very professional at all times even in your hours of sadness.

Staff are welcoming, caring and professional and always put me and my dog at ease making our visits stress fee. The wellbeing of animals is clearly at the centre of what they do which is evident through the first class treatment and care that they provide.

We are with Langstone Alphavet but also visit Alex at Risca as the practice understand the importance of continuing with the same specialist. The staff, nurses especially Rhiannon and Alex have been truly brilliant supporting us through an horrendous time and are helping us get our seriously ill dog better. We would not go elsewhere.

Wonderful. They look after our pets very well. Yes, I agree it is more money, but their trust and care towards my family pets is worth it.

Extremely helpful and total focus on the needs of our darling Poppy. Excellent help about what the practice offers with regards to their own plan. Good value for money. We took Poppy abroad last year and with the help and advice from the Langstone practice it went very smoothly indeed. We will be arranging this again for this summer.

They have been amazing with my cat ginger so kind and understanding wouldn't take my pets anywhere else
