I got seen fast, no waiting around as appointment was on time. Staff were efficient. The vet was very helpful and considerate to my dog. I was extremely happy with his examination and treatment for her problem.

I called on a Sunday, my daughters dog that I care for was taken bad with breathing difficulties,
They could not of been kinder, arranged straight away to be seen at the surgery in Elm Park,where he had to be put to sleep, it was quick and kindly done, Thank you for being so caring, it is a job, I know but few are as kind and considerate,at these very traumatic times.
I would recommend this surgery,at Elm Park totally.Thank you all. X

Staff are more interested in payment then the animal I still haven’t got a diagnosis for my dog it was a Insurance claim for £600 but still no diagnosis would never use his vets again! Staff Never finish the conversation with you because they always seem too busy for Add to go to smaller vets so it would be more personal

Great vets and very caring and tentative, got my very sick cat up and running again, kids were distraught to jumping for joy with in a couple of treatments.
