My family has been using this vets for many years for our dogs, cats and bunnies. They are always helpful, caring and sympathetic. Unfortunately over the last couple of months I had to have my 2 elderly rabbits put down. I received this in the post today, one of the most thoughtful gifts I've ever received, the keyring contains some fur from my bunny ❤

Kew vets Harlow, Absolutely disgusting We took our very poorly Almost lifeless rabbit to be checked over by these vets. After they examined him they said nothing was wrong with him, but gave us a bill of £160 and 5 lots of medicines and said keep an eye on him. However when we got home he died within 20 min in very tragic way in front of the kids. Surely they knew he should have been put to sleep at the vets, and to top it off they are Refusing to refund us for the unused medicines. Complete con artist

I took on 2 poorly kept bunnies that were being threatened to be set free into the wild, I looked after them for 3 weeks but they became very Ill and needed treatment I couldn’t afford, after calling 30 different organisations that were no help at all including the RSPCA!!!! Then this lovely vets service took them on and has agreed to treat them and find them new homes, I am so grateful that between us we have saved two bunnies lives!!! Best vets service around! A***** 5*’s x ♥

Disgusting service.I had an appointment booked and waited for over 1hour ,because they were taking “emergencies first “as was discussed and emergency appointment costs 800£,so why would they honour their appointments.

Very mixed emotions regarding this vet. Used to be fantastic a few years ago. Now It very much feels different. It's become extremely expensive. I was quoted 350 for a skin tag removal. When my partner dropped our dog of we were given another price almost twice as much (650) when I called an hour later to check on it they told me 780!

We decided to pick our dog up and not have this done here as its far too much to remove a skin tag that has been there 6 years and isn't a danger to the dog at all.

They even tried to guilt trip me and say the dog could catch it and hurt himself. (It's been there 6 years prior with no issues) he is a very old dog with maybe a year or 2 left in him.

They also charged £250 last week for a 5 minute job where they weighed him and took some blood from his ear from a burst blood vessel.

We already started taking our other dog to a different vets and now this dog to follow.

Used Kews for over 20 years. Very professional and caring. They even have an out of hours surgery, which some don't. Can't fault them in anything they do.

A great veterinarian practice, me and the dog have always felt comfortable here, the prices are reasonable, the veterinarians pleasant and amiable as are the reception desk staff.

Due to its central Harlow location it can get quite busy, however they do their best in fitting everyone in even if it means rescheduling.

The waiting area is now open, so no more waiting in the car park which is a bonus.

I highly recommend this practice out of personal experience.

Been with this vet for years good but expensive turnover of vets is high so you will never see the same vet more then 2 times. Because of covid-19 you will have to wait in your car its a long wait but that was the same as before covid-19.
