Outstanding veterinary clinic. I could not recommend this practice any more if tried! This is the best vet we've ever been to, in both in the US and UK. My 16-year old Siamese has had appointments with all of the 3 vets in the practice and they are all thoughtful, patient and really care about your pet. Our appointments never feel rushed, and time is always taken to answer every, single, anxious cat-mom question I have. As my pet ages, she has had more and more ailments and they always take the time to carefully research and understand her symptoms. We are especially thankful to Dr Luke White for his care and expertise. This is a caring and affordable practice, and I feel as though my pet is in the very best possible hands every time we visit. I'll never take my pet anywhere else.

This place offers no help to your pets, all they want is your money. My cat was taken in for less than 1 minute for health check and vaccine. It cost £89 and he got red eyes the next day.

My cat almost lost an eye and they blame it on the medication but it was the vet who recommended those meds.
Worst service ever they don’t care about your pet.

I was looking for a place that would collect, clip, bath and return my dog. KN1 7727. Cigarettes and tobacco.

The staff is friendly, welcoming and has been giving my 10 month puppy a positive experience during our visits, but unfortunately the clinic leaves me very disappointed recently. My dog has been suffering with eye discharge and redness (been classified by them as allergies) since he was 3 months and we have been going to the clinic since the start for this condition. 7 months later and the issue is still ongoing after 4 visits to the clinic for the same thing, we keep on seeing different vets every time and they keep on doing the same examination and giving the same treatment over and over again (eye drops) without getting to the real cause of the issue. I have specifically been asking several times for a referral to an eye specialist but nothing happens. On several occasions I've been asked to call the clinic to update on the progress on the eye after treatment but no one ever calls me back, saying 'the vet will call when he/she has time'...what makes me the most sad about this is that it's my dog that suffers, it's not nice for him to have constant problems with his eyes and it has now come to the point where I do worry that this will cause long-term problems for him if he doesn't get help from a specialist - one that I can't book myself without the clinic referring us. I really want to be happy with this clinic as they have been nice when we have been in and it's always been easy to get an appointment, but the handling of my dogs eye issues have been very lacking.

UPDATE: Got a call-back with confirmation of a referral to an ophthalmologist, and a prescription of a new set of eye drops to use in the meantime.

I took my little puppy to Kynance Vets for his first vaccinations. The team were very welcoming and informative. The Head Nurse Elyse was exceptionally helpful! She answered all of my questions that I had with being a new puppy owner. She was very attentive and gave Woody lots of puppy cuddles which I'm sure he loved!

Been using this Vet for 12+ years and since they were located in Kynance Mews. This has always been a friendly and efficient Practice and now even better in this fresh modern premises. Would definitely recommend!

This is one the best vets around, I take my 2 dogs, Doombar and Frisbee there because they are the only vets in the area that have 24 hospital hour care. I usually see the same vet, Tom who is amazing and caring.
