Grove Park Veterinary Clinic

My dog has allergies and as such, I'm a frequent visitor to the vet. Paloma is the absolute best vet I've used while living in the UK. She is knowledgeable, friendly, takes the time to explain things, and I feel she genuinely loves animals and what she does. The entire staff has been a pleasure to interact with, and with its proximity to the Chiswick station, the clinic is very easy to get to.

The clinic only has one vet at this location, so I don't know what the reviewer below was on about with '4 vets in 4 visits'.

Paloma Diaz Carretero, has been our Vet since 2006, looking after all our 5 dogs (3 are rescued) and all the wildlife, that my husband and I rescue.
Not only she is an Excellent and Super Experienced Veterinary Doctor, but she is also a Genuine Animal Lover with a Heart of Gold filled with all the Compassion in the Universe.
With her Expertise and Genuine Love for our ‘Westie’ (Shangool), she saved him from cancer caused by old age (he was 14 years and 10 months) and gave us another 42 precious days to care and love and comfort our beloved Westie, Shangool.
She has always been there for us and all our pets and animals, always on the other side of the phone (even at 1am or 3am in the morning) and always ran over to our house (even on Sundays), for a home-visit and check on our Westie’s progress.
She is the Super Vet of Chiswick, with genuine kindness, empathy and compassion, and above all a true friend, in time of need, and sorrow.

They are all truly amazing, my dog recently had an operation,she is a really nervous dog but they took such good care of her and of me!thank you Dr Paloma, Jessica and Tara

Paloma is great and so are the receptionists. My dog Eddie was unusually very sick (vomiting 10 times in 90 mins) the other day and Paloma saw him as a walk-in. She gave him an injection and he was fine right away. We’ve followed the advice which has helped too

Our vets wouldn't do home euthanasia, so we emailed around and found Grove Park who not only could do it at a better price than others, but would take care of the communal cremation without requiring a secondary visit from a crematorium. The bedside manner was good and professional, the procedure swift and painless, carried out on a comfortable blanket on top of one of her beds. Our cat was lovingly eased into a comfortable final resting position as we broke down and continued to say goodbye. Then the blanket was gently folded over her and she was taken away with respect.
Wish we had bothered to take her to this vets since we had her, and will eventually take our next pet here.

What a wonderful service this practice provide. As a new cat parent, I was a bit lost and they have been there every step of the way. The receptionist, Becky in particular is blooming fabulous. Knowledgable, friendly, never ending patience. I’m so grateful and so is Roly 😻

Paloma has been our vet since September 2019 when we first got our Puppy. She is wonderful and very knowledgeable
