I dropped in here after one of the aristocats I serve sustained an injury to his left front leg following an altercation whilst he was out socialising.

"Harry" returned home after a night on the tiles with a large cut to his front left shoulder/top of leg.

As the dutiful servant that I am, i bathed and applied anti septic to the wound. (Aristocats are not financially forthcoming and I have currently fallen on extremely hard times due to a serious illness and have no income)

The following day I observed a dramatic change in eating habits, behaviour and appearance... the only thing I could do was take him to my local vet's and plead for them to help him.

St.Runwalds - came to "Our" aid.

They were AMAZING...

"Harry" needed pain killers and anti biotics... urgently...

The immediate service and care that St Runwalds provided us with was nothing short of "The Best".

It was an extremely stressful time for us.. however..,
TINA W - REALLY pulled out all of the stops for us. Nothing short of passionate about "Harry's" well-being. When the Rspca and Pdsa failed us, TINA and the rest of the staff at ST. RUNWALDS REALLY CARED for both of us.

I really am so grateful...

"Harry" is back to his chilled out happy self..

THANK YOU ALL SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH X

I joined this practice as they did home visits. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble! From the wonderful receptionist Laura, the kind and expert vet Anita and dear assistant Naomi, a painful time was made bearable for me, my family and my terminally ill hound. So grateful.

Anita James has been my vet for over 25 years. I completely trust her and believe her to be the very best. Anita is not just a brilliant vet but is a kind, caring and lovely lady and I would not go to anyone else. I have had a lot of pets over the years and have a large dog family at present and all my pets have always had the very best of care with Anita and her staff.

When I first registered at this vets it was indepently run but now it has been taken over by medi vet and its too expensive so won't be returning. There was a locum vet who did my dogs boosters and gave kennel cough which we didn't ask for, they tried to charge us for this but we refused to pay it. A few other people in reception were complaining too about costs because medi vet don't give a guidance price for treatments or vaccinations. So I'll be looking for a more reasonably priced vet.

Superb care. I cannot fault any aspect of the service we received when are little dog had her leg run over in a car accident. They were caring, obliging and understanding. I would fully recommend this surgery to anybody.
