They managed to fit us in very quickly and the service we received was second to none. The vet seemed very knowledgeable about guinea pigs and dealt with the problem very swiftly, and professionally. Staff were friendly and welcoming. It is a bit of a pain to park though although there are spaces outside.

We use the Maesteg surgery when possible. First class service but above all first class people working there. Huge praise to everyone, but especially Richard. He takes the time to explain everything to you.

I called up about an emergency situation with my dog, i was informed I'd have to wait 1- 4 days doe a call back 🤭

I called my previous vets, who thankfully immediately put me though to a vet nurse, who kindly went through all my options with me and solved the problem :)
