Visited once so far. Had a good experience with the Saturday appointment. Staff and doctor vet were very nice and helpful.

Lovely vets, took my cat there for the yearly vaccination, lovely helpful staff and the place looks nice and well kept, chuffed to have such a nice place nearby :)

my day after visiting the clinic
gooddart on barkingside today turned out to be very terrible. today there were 5 employees in the clinic. we came for the first vaccination for a kitten and I asked for a trial insurance for a month, (registered in the clinic for more than 2 years) the girl at the reception said that everything was done and within a few minutes an email will come, but in the end nothing came. I contacted the clinic and as a result it turned out that my kitten was registered to a completely different person. The answer to my request was the raised voice of the clinic worker and the answer that she is not up to me now. This shows the employee’s inattention, and rude behavior towards the client.

The whole process from calling to book an appointment to the actual appointment was absolutely brilliant. We’ve been treated with patience and with care. Extremely recommended!

They are not doing properly check , they are always rushing. And there are more to say

I called for my pup to have his injections I took 1 of my daughters with me she Is 4yrs of age and has additional needs they were very welcoming let my little girl watch everything they done and explained to her what it was and why they was doing it when leaving they got down to her level and was saying how good she was with our pup never been to a more welcoming veterinary practice definitely recommend to any 1 in the areas

Friendly, professional, adjusting to their patients needs. My boy point blank refused to move from the waiting room, so the vet came to him. No stress, no pressure.

Very friendly & welcoming Vet. I experienced great service & I would recommend this place. My cat also felt comfortable through the appointment.
