Dropped my car in without booking as it had a battery fault and I was not confident it would start again. The service guys were great and managed to squeeze me car into their schedule and get it back to me in a couple of days. Best place for VW this side of the Severn Bridge!

Bought a brand new 17 plate Volkswagen Polo from here as a First Car for myself. Customer Service is excellent, And they're willing to take risks - I am 18 with NO CREDIT SCORING and they were willing to help me out in some way with the Finance (PCP). So, in 3 years time, being on the all new Polo GTI! Would like to thank Abi & Dan in perticular but also all the sales team at Volkswagen Neyland for their help and support. Would highly recommend them to ANYONE who wants a high quality car and a high quality of Customer Service. Ignore all the other "bad reviews" And "bad stars". First time I went there I just passed my test and was 17 years of age, I went straight to look at a VW Polo that caught my eye outside the garage and Abi approached me with the keys to the car and I took it out for a test drive - ALONE. From then, I knew I would be happy to become their customer and always remain their customer. Brilliant First Car - would highly recommend to EVERYONE that is 18+ to buy your car from here. Trust me, you are guaranteed a good deal!

Friendly staff. Quick and easy to drop off car with the option of leaving car keys in machine if need a quick drop off. Cars for sale there - sales open at 9 but can drop off cars earlier for service and MOTs.
I'm deducting a star because the entrance is tight with the petrol station next door so take it slow when entering and getting out.

Sold me a car with an outstanding recall despite promising it would get rectified prior to pick up and confirmation of the recall being completed would be emailed to me by the sales rep. After emailing them I’ve had no response. Car had dead flies in it on pick up in the cup holders and front brakes were 90% worn. All this passed the ‘142 point inspection’. Will not be purchasing a car from them again.

Very impressed. Warning light came on at 10.30 AM. Turned up unannounced at 11.00. Booked in, looked at and cleared by 3.00 PM. Thank you Mike and Ian.

Place has gone down hill. I could write a huge review as to why. Let's just say they are not to be trusted. Over priced. Tell you that work needs doing. When we checked 6 months later that work they said was needed still bloody wasn't. I don't expect to have to take a car apart to check that I'm being told the truth. Never used to here, so I dunno what's going on.
Staff are great when selling you a car, but the after service is well below par.

Took my VW UP car inn for a minor service,service staff were very professional and I even had a video sent to my phone of the underneath of the car and photos of the wear on my tyres ETC.
I am pleased with the service I got from the service chaps.

Awful garage , Motability rung them and booked my Mercedes Sprinter in , I was booked for 1pm yesterday for them to look at my sliding side door , I arrived at 12.55 and at 2.15 pm , I was still sat there only to find out they hadn't even looked at the vehicle , even though I was assured the vehicle would be seen within 20 minutes , as I have a disable partner who needs constant care .I made them aware that I had to leave due to my wife , I was then told by a female staff member that she would ring me back that afternoon and book me back in after Christmas , I am still waiting for the call , I don't recommend anyone buy a vehicle off this branch of Sinclair's ,
