Awful service. Took my husband there yesterday with suspected water infection feeling very poorly after two hours he felt he couldn't sit there any longer. The doctor who was on her own without any triage nurse was streaming and triaging as well as seeing patients. After two hours one patient had gone through to see her and with another 7 infront of us there was still a 5-6 hour wait. This is not a good service for trying to save A&E departments. Something needs two change . One Dr on her own just cannot cope. If this clinic is to carry on they must be staffed properly.

I've gone in today with overall symptoms of illness. Everyone there before me, was seen to and had left within a couple of hours. People came through for walk in after me, all had been seen to. Appointments coming in and being seen no problem. When I questioned at the 4hr mark, they couldn't tell me anything as "their systems where down" and they didn't know when I'd be called. I waited another hour until it had been 5hrs. And still no call outs and new people arriving and being seen right away. Yet again I question it and am shrugged off. I have some illness causing me to have muscle ached and pains and my back was hurting so much after 5hrs of sitting. I couldn't handle it anymore and had to leave. Really I am not happy with the service. I've been there before with the same capacity of people and was seen quicker when they only had one doctor on that day. Today there was multiple. I don't recommend wasting half your day there just to not be seen.

Waited 4 hours to be seen for 2 minutes by a doctor to prescribe antibiotics to my son for a chest infection.
Not many people in front of us, yet when a patient was seen and left the doctor would wait 40 minutes before calling the next patient. Bizarre. The receptionist "couldn't say" where in the qué we were ( at this point we were next...) Absolute waste of tax payers money, for the premises, staff, and doctors

I wish i could give zero stars, this clinic is a disgrace to the NHS, it was very well staffed at the counter with 4 members of staff, all of which have zero patient care, in a nutshell i was told to take my child there by 111 only to be told at 6.30pm that i shouldnt have come and 111 were in the wrong. My child is very ill. This clinic blames 111, and 111 blames clinc, to be honest I dont care who is at fault. My child is sooo ill thanks to lack of care fron the NHS clinic, a complete disgrace and they should all be ashamed of themselves. But they dont care....

Been in the poly clinic since 11.30 this morning, my partner being sick for 4 days or more. Thought the man we saw was a doctor, no doctor wrote her quota of prescriptions for today, gine home, my parterbeen poorly, been sick for 4 days. Won't be returning. No organisation, go to King Georges in the future, blame the government, not good enough

We went there for an xray for my daughter who is one and they checked us in in the Reception and gave us blue card. However, after waiting for nearly 2 hours we were told that they don't take xrays for kids under 5 and we were asked to go queens instead. Which again made us to travel and start waiting from the scratch for more than 3 hours !! You would think the staff should know simple things like this before booking but unfortunately they don't. Please check couple of times with different staffs before starting to wait.

Terrible place. Waited today with my baby for over 3 hours without being seen. 111 told me to go to this place "for an appointment at 4pm". No appointments as it's a walk in centre! After 3 hours I went to receptionist to ask how much longer and told my baby was at the bottom of their list and he would be seen some time before they closed at 10pm. Insane. How can a baby sit there for 6 hours?
