I live in bulgaria & we don’t have much choice for pet supplies, ordered from scarletts & it was fast delivery to a uk address & then transported to me
packaging was great & packed well, it all arrived in perfect condition
I refurbished the whole cage for just over £70 the prices are amazing

I bought a new cage for our 12 year old African Grey from Scarlett’s. We upgraded on size so it had to come on a pallet delivery. I cannot fault any aspect of this process.
Some really standout points:
-The website is well designed and it’s easy to filter by what’s suitable for your bird.
-The information and reviews on the website made me feel confident in my choice.
-Ordering was simple and easy.
-There was a delay with the supplier so Scarlett’s rang me immediately to let me know and check if I needed a new cage urgently. When I said I was happy to wait they made sure my order was down as a priority. I only had to wait an extra few days.
-The communication from the delivery company was excellent as well and I was able to arrange a day that suited me.

Overall I was very impressed with Scarlett’s Parrot Essentials. I was nervous about getting a new cage because it’s such a big, important expense but Scarlett’s made it easy. Me and Grace the grey are very happy!

It's a trap! Be careful, I spend hours looking at all of the amazing things for my bird and then spend a fortune on him! All jokes aside, everything is top quality. The feeds are great quality and really good value. It is well worth signing up for the email because there are always offers and advice available. Delivery is very fast and I have a much happier parrot since I have been able to offer him the variety of foods and toys available from Scarletts.

I've been buying bird food and accessories for a few years from Scarletts parrots Essentials. I have found them very reliable, fast delivery and very good prices. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting good price bird products and quick delivery.

I definitely would NOT recommend Scarlett's Parrot Essentials - misleading and incorrect product descriptions (and refusing to cover return P&P costs), unable to answer questions on their own products, shocking customer service and they remove any reviews that aren't 100% positive from their website!

There hasn't been a time in my life that I haven't had multiple pets - both growing up and as an adult. This includes multiple birds - a Senegal, a Cockateil, Canaries, Pionus Parrots... and we're currently looking to get an Indian Ringneck. So I'm an experienced pet & bird owner. Despite that, when looking to purchase another cage recently, I wanted to make 100% sure that I was making the right decision. So I contacted SPE for information on their own branded cage, being as some of the vital information was missing from their product description. Sadly, they couldn't answer a simple question about which birds it is suitable for... I have now bought a cage elsewhere as I do not trust a company that is unable to answer simple questions on their own branded product!

Prior to contacting SPE about the cage, I had already placed my first order with them for some bird toys. They arrived today and although I was happy on the whole, I would not recommend. Multiple items had strings of glue coming off them. One item was missing the 2 clips to attach it to the cage. One item was tiny and was missing a part... but worst of all, one of the items was totally different to what was advertised! I understand that bird toys will have slight variations, however this was not a slight variation - the product was a completely different shape, it was totally different colours and totally different toys / components!

When I contacted SPE about the issue with the 1 toy being totally different, I requested a refund. SPE weren't the slightest bit interested, however, and I was told I could only have a refund if I returned the item at my own cost. I wasn't happy but knew I wouldn't get anywhere with them. All I could do was leave a negative review on that one product to warn others, and write mixed reviews about some of the other products. I'm happy to give credit where it's due, but will be honest when there are defects, parts missing or when items look nothing like the product photo! ... Clearly SPE didn't like this as they removed all 4 of my reviews from their website!! That was the final straw for me, I'm afraid. Purposely misleading their customers and hiding / removing reviews is not acceptable, and I simply cannot trust a company who conduct their business in this way. I'm really disppointed as they're obviously a well-known company and they show their products on Facebook, which I liked. I only wish I'd seen that 1 item in real life before purchasing, and I wish I'd known how misleading and untrustworthy they are!

I’ve ordered from this company before and if you are lucky and everything arrives ok and as you ordered you’d probably think they were ok. However now won’t ever use them again they sent me the wrong product and when contacted wanted it put in an email. I emailed them with photos of order against what was received and got a reply to advise that they sent me a substituted item (despite the item I ordered still showing on the website as being in stock!) the item stank of being damp but this was blamed on the manufacturing process . I’ve had the item before it’s never smelt damp. Literally so bad smelling it needs to be put in a bin. I asked for a refund as I was never contacted about whether I was happy to receive a substituted item or had any idea I would be receiving one. They said if I posted it back (at my own expense) they would consider a refund! No apology no offer of help literally treated as if I’m being the problem. Looked at their reviews and realised I’m not the only customer to have experienced this seems quite commonplace and then they respond with rude and dishonest responses back. I will

I only gave it one star because I had to, my order came yesterday in a plain dirty bag, it had been sellotaped up, I’ve never known anything like it! I would not throw this out for wild birds! Massively disgusted
