Tracking shows as DELIVERED - HANDED TO RESIDENT which is completely untrue. The van stopped outside the house then drove off without delivering anything. I normally avoid Amazon due to their employment practices but now even the tracking reports a status that is untrue I'll try even harder to avoid them.

Auful place staff really slow most of them busy playing of there phone and manger wors he is really rude every time they waste 30 minutes of my time on my app Confirming order ready for pick up but staff telling me not ready so I have to do 2 hours job in 1.30 hr really disappointed amazon need to look at this seriously.
