Oak World

Purchased the Oban shoe cabinet in grey. Communication and delivery was really prompt and the item itself was well packaged and is really sturdy and looks great in my hallway. Assembly was straight forward

I ordered 3 pretty big wardrobes, all came very quick and the delivery drivers were very helpful, all my wardrobes had mirrored doors and they checked every single one to make sure they were not damaged or broken.
Wardrobes are great and easy to set up, you need 2 people to do this.

Although delivery stated up to 14 days, we received our item the very next day! Got a one hour slot and was delivered in that time. Very pleased with the TV unit, beautiful piece of furniture. Delivery men friendly and courteous. Would definitely buy from here again.

Absolutely first class company. The furniture I bought from Oak World was of the best quality & the telephone service is wonderful. If there's any problems or concerns regarding your order, then they are more than happy to talk it through with you to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend Oak World to anyone interested in buying quality furniture.

We were kept well informed about the status of our order until it got to the delivery when sadly the company and the delivery team let themselves down. We were allocated a delivery date that didn't suit us as we were at work. I called Oak World to change the delivery date as there was no option on the link they sent me to do this myself. To their credit they were quite good at answering the phone which is pretty rare these days. I managed to get the date changed but sadly the date came but the delivery didn't. After waiting in all day our delivery never arrived. When we called Oak World we were told they couldn't do anything until the latest time had passed so when this happened everyone had gone home but we were still waiting for our delivery. Luckily the delivery company were open until 6pm and I managed to get through to them. I had to look up their number myself as Oak World said they weren't allowed to give it out. I was told by the delivery company that they were unable to deliver on the day due to a shortage of drivers and we were allocated a priority slot for the next day but nobody bothered to contact us to let us know or ask if anyone would be home. Luckily we were so I called the delivery company again the next morning and was told our delivery was scheduled between 1 & 3pm. Not exactly what I'd call a priority but there you go. Our delivery eventually arrived at 3:30 and the driver was really helpful and polite. Our furniture is lovely although I think it was quite expensive it was exactly what we were looking for and we hope to order a wardrobe next. On the whole we were satisfied with our order but a little more communication would be good in the future.

Beautiful furniture. All arrived well protected. Kept us informed as to when delivery would be made. Excellent instructions and it all was put together well. Have since placed further order for more wardrobes because we are so pleased with them.

I purchased an extra wide sideboard from OakWorld. They sent me an email with a promise of delivery within the agreed timescale. The price was very competitive and as promised it arrived within the agreed timescales and I was kept fully informed at all times. It was perfect and looks fantastic in my lounge and just what I needed. An excellent service and customer care. Very pleased.

Love the chairs, even nicer than the pic's and beautifully made. They were delivered quickly and were very well packed.
They are just what I wanted and I'm a very happy bunny!
