So for your information to all who wander why it takes so long for a book order to get to you… here is why. So you order a book, the book depository then orders your book from let’s say a book warehouse in japan… your book then gets sent to the book depository from Japan then to get wrapped and posted to where you live…. So if you live in japan and order a book it would travel a very long way. Trust me I worked there 😂 and if you have multiple books ordered they wait until all of your order has arrived and then send the books to you…so thinking of worst case scenario… months if books come from different suppliers to get to Gloucester and then be posted to you!
Hope this explains why some orders take a while 🙂

I absolutely love Book Depository! I buy almost all my books here. They have plenty of titles and the books arrive in perfect conditions. Also, the customer service is excellent!

It was a big dissapointment to shop here! It's been 3 month that I placed and paid for my order, but the books haven't arrived! ( I ordered 8 books for Christmas on 03. December 2021.) After a letter of complaint the customer service informed me that packages are NOT tracked and they post orders only as a standard mail! I ask why? Why didn't they inform in advance about this? I would have paid extra for the trackable mailing, if they informed me.
After a useless email conversation, in which they always recommend to wait, I must say: Don't trust them, otherwise you'll loose your money!

Very pleased with Customer Service - My book was delivered with additional Customs fees applied by local post service. When I contacted Book Depository they responded to me in less than 24 hours and took action immediately to correct the situation so that it was resolved in two days. Very appreciative of their timely and considerate service.
