Very unpleasant and unprofessional staff members there actions towards members of the public and blackmail them for there belonging back while threatening to assault them this needs to be dealt with by upper management now

If your a driver on your probation period don’t be honest if you have an accident. 3 strikes and your out but apparently getting out the way of an emergency vehicle whilst on blues and sirens and slightly scratching your van when it’s already covered in bumps and scratches is enough to be dismissed.
