Paid £9.95 for selected delivery date. For it not to arrive, the following day one part (1of2) of the parcel was left outside my house then when trying to track the second parcel via the shocking app your directed to...... NOTHING!!!! not a phone number, email... nothing!! Just a pin point on a map to tell me where my house is (no parcel in sight).
Absolute joke of a delivery company.
It's now Saturday and I'm going to have to wait until monday morning now as it appears to be closed. To make matters worse the depot its at is literally 9miles from my house.
Just another company who states exemplary customer service and punctuality...... when really all they are about is the profits they can make from delivery charges and exploiting non-British workers.
But unfortunately this will not change a thing as everyone will still use the company as demand for these services is sky high, and don't they just know that!!!

Useless completely useless!!! I was expecting a delivery Monday and it never arrived, spent literally hours on Live chat Wednesday, Thursday and Friday trying to find out what's going on. Don't bother trying to call them as they never answer. Staff promise to trace delivery and call me back but never did.
Delivery eventuality turned up Saturday to a neighbour which I knew nothing about until she knocked on my door that evening as there was no delivery card through my door!!! Avoid this company if at all possible!!!!!

If I could leave no stars I would! New bed frame was due for delivery Wednesday 14.43 -16.43. We were both in all day. Nothing showed up. It is now 16.50 Friday. You cannot phone this company and they ignore all emails. I have never come across a bigger bunch of CUPID STUNTS in my life. If you thought Hermes was bad wait until you experience the utter lack of competent service from this bunch of losers.

After reading all the reviews on here I was so worried about how long my parcel would take to arrive, however I was very pleasantly surprised! Arrived on the correct day, in the time slot they said it would be. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 was that there was no way of being able to call them or live chat to be able to check the details. Absolutely no problems with the delivery!

Not sure if this was the stockbridge branch, as the item came from Telford to Southampton. Same company anyway! Absolute joke of a service. We ordered a £350 piece of furniture. It was due to be delivered on the Friday between 3 and 5.
It didn't turn up with no communication to say why.
We tried contacting both the courier and the seller with no joy.
About 4pm on the Saturday the courier randomly turns up. He plonks the large cardboard box in the inside of my doorway. I said we were expecting it yesterday between 3 and 5 and he said "yeah everyone got that message"
I said thanks but I have been specifically told by the seller to check the item for any damage, and if there is, I should refuse delivery. He immediately got aggressive and said "your not checking it, you need to sign before you can open it" I said I'm not signing until I check it.
With that, he grabbed the box and rolled it violently down my front path, undoubtedly damaging the goods inside!
He said "I tell you what, I'll sign it and keep it for myself" He then put it in his van and drive off.
Iam actually dumbfounded by the attitude of this guy. I have never experienced anything as bizarre as this in my life.
We have tried contacting the seller (mobel oak) and the courier company with no joy as yet!
Terrible experience!!!

Can’t even get hold of these clowns to find out why they haven’t delivered my parcel or if they think they have then where. They messaged it will be delivered 10:27-13:27 four days ago. Been trying to get contact with them for 4 days. They just don’t reply

According to tracking, the parcel is stuck in their warehouse for a week now. On their website, live chat doesn't respond. There is no phone number on google to contact them. The "contact us" button on their website is inaccessible and hidden behind the live chat function.
Following the company address, it shows a single house in the middle of nowhere. What is this scam company.

Still waiting for my delivery, it was supposed to arrive before the 28th December. No way to contact them to get info
