Big yard with lots trailers parking space. If you earlier than your time then you have to wait outside for your time.

I have had mixed experiences on site mainly with the collections,some of the people who work there don't know exactly how to do the job properly so it creates confusion and delays either with the trailer pick up or the load itself.
Last time I have waited for them to come and tell me when the load is ready I haven't had anyone coming to the cab,so I went to the office just to find out that someone else from another building was dealing with my load...eventually to go there and find that the load was cancelled

I think the delivery service is poor, leaving parcels on the doorstep where they can get damaged or stolen o would not recommend ordering from amazon! I been a customer for years and alot of people are now saying the same!! I rate amazon 0!!!

It us very discipline with high standards of performance. Their behaviour with newcomers are nice.

Office has got no respect to the drivers at all !!! You can wait next to the window and they acting like they don’t see you, rubbish

Waiting drivers so long more then 2 hours if lorry was just only less then half load but they don’t care for that
Where I pick for Amazon they load me in 20 min but they take more. Then 2 hours that’s not good !

suspended for no reason, weird that HR tell you things that goes against the law. cant wait to reach out to Regional HR on this breach of trust and law.

Like this place to bussy nice car park and car charging ports and a bus staion also
