Crew Clothing - Head Office

THIS IS NOT A SHOP - the opening times are hugely misleading. It’s a long way to come to find this out. Have gone for another brand now.

This isn't a shop. It is the warehouse.
Despite opening hours and reviews it is not open to public. We took a very long and expensive cab ride there to be left disappointed out of pocket for nothing.

Excellent bargains at their warehouse sale.

This is NOT a shop. This is a warehouse, that's why it's labeled head office. But you can get items for sale here over special holiday weekends. The prices are very good BUT you must try them on. We noticed several items that were marked Medium but were actually a Small etc. So buyer beware. I do feel as a warehouse they should clean it up a bit and paint it! But if you like their style and the quality of the clothing is very good. You will be happy with the sale items they are bargains. Please do not expect the usual retail experience such as Public loos, returns on items that don't fit, items that are in your size, items that are currently in their catalogue. This is a warehouse sale not a store. Enjoy the fashionable clothes.

Although in the past I had been pleased with both service and quality, this time I have been badly let down. I placed an order and realised I had given the wrong address, immediately telephoned following up with an email. Despite this three weeks later the order arrived at the wrong address, which I had to return at my own expense. In the meantime I emailed on numerous occasions and also sent a letter to the Head Office. I have never had a reply to my letter, and my emails usually get the response that we are very busy and will get back to you as soon a possible, which translate as hardly ever.
I will not be buying from Crew Clothing again in light of this awful experience.

Waited 10 days for a product that was dispatched to arrive for a relatives birthday present. Called up and was advised the item was lost in transit and they’re now out of stock and can’t replace it.

When was crew going to tell me about this? Where’s my item? Got asked if I wanted a refund on the phone and that was it... really poor show from a company that is very quickly going downhill. In today’s climate you would think they would want their customers now more then ever.

Diabolical customer service.

No confirmation email
DX Delivery have never received my product
No response to email
Drop all customer service phone calls after 30 minutes on hold
They did however manage to take the money for the products from my account.

I’ll be spending my money elsewhere in future! When I get it back!

You need to work on your customer service guys. Very very poor experience.
