Heineken GXO

I've been for pallet collections. It's a big site with lots of space. Easy to get to and easy to find. It can be a bit slow sometimes to get loaded like most places but they're are pretty good in there. The office staff are pleasant. Currently with Covid after handing the keys in you have to remain in your cab until your trailer is loaded. Before Covid we had to wait in the office. I think it's better now.

Its not too bad I think it would be better if you was there longer then 2 hrs at least give you a free coffee

Business runs smoothly if the paperwork is all correct and sorted. For all the drivers the only reason you are loaded after an hour or two is because you gained access to the site too early before your pickup.

So good it seem like I wasn't there iwas next door at the new jd sports ware house

Staff is ok, most of it or at least the ones i speak with , but system is rubish , slow and unnecesary steps in the proces of: going in , gatehouse, parking, office.. then warehouse loaders have many careless mistakes that make you waste time or even all morning

Absolute shower here,ignorant office staff and zero organisation.

Was my second time ever been here straight on a door/bay and they started loading within 5min bargain no messing well done people 👍
