Lidl Northfleet Regional Distribution Centre (RDC)

Worst Lidl warehouse ever. The yard is nightmare, too many speed bumpers and that isn't really a problem. The problem is about structure of bumpers, the lorry jump like a ball and after a few hours I still have back pain.
And same thing like in many reviews: long time waiting for paperwork. Over a hour to check a couple pallets. Very very slowly and the staff isn't a good staff.

Absolutely disgusting management needs sorting out 1 person moving pallets for lanes and checking aswell no wonder everyone kicking off here 3 and half hours here some 5 hours here cause they can't get 1 person checking and 1 clearing the goods in. Can some one sort this it's not good on your staff and not good on drivers after theyve driven 4 hours to get here .

Very large site not a fan of these places

X4 electric pump trucks to self tip over about 30 bays to cover . Expected to tip yourself and then sit on a metal bar waiting for your paperwork. 2 hours later pulled out by supplier and told lidl to email the paperwork over . It's a shame realy. If they had more people checking the loads it realy wouldn't be a bad drop .

Refused , back next morning 5am. No bloody spaces in wearhouse. Had to wait even longer!!! Poor management and staffing..

Great place for tyre fitting apart from that it's a distribution centre

Terrible, wait a hour to get on a bay tip yourself, took me 20 mins, 2 hours for paperwork. Sort it out Lidl utter joke.

Very rude lady on goods in ,like to keep drives waiting,got here at 645hr,left at 1215 only 3 pallets on then couldn't find paperwork and refused to sign my electronic paperwork,most of these big site are all they same talk to drive how they won't too keep u waiting around,but when u stand up for yourself and talk back oo yes say something back to them they hate it talk to people how you wont to be spoken too
