Historic converted tobacco warehouse. Entrance to apartments is on the taxi rank side of the building. One entrance is next to Fox bar restaurant and the other one next to Indian restaurant.

At a private which the bar staff were not briefed about so we had to find it ourselves. Excuse was the staff had changed - so sort out the change over process. Once this initial hiccough was overcome, the food at the buffet was very good.

Nice location, close to The Fox and Excel centre as well as a lovely view of the docks, along the docks are also more bars and shops to visit.

A nice place to go especially in the summer sitting outside, to be avoided when There's a big event at the excel as it's very difficult to get to the bar
