We made 3 visits to the warehouse and had 4 quotes until we settled on our worktops. In all cases, Nigel was very helpful and responded quickly with the revisions. His guidance was greatly appreciated.
In all, we had 4 worktops – one of which was made from 3 pieces with 2 joins. Despite being a long day, the fitters were very efficient and did a great job.
In summary, a good customer experience and highly recommended supplier.

I can recommend Terry Wilsons unreservedly. I wanted a curved end to the worktop and after asking about budget, they recommended something suitable. It was about 4 weeks lead in time but they were clear about that from the start. Delivery was as agreed. My own kitchen fitter did the fitting and said it was easy to cut and put together. The quality of what I have is far superior to what got taken out. Very happy about quality and price.

Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Asked for quote and options using the information on their website, got a rotten and unprofessional reply stating they among other things that they would not touch it with a barge pole. I called to speak to the owner to see if he was aware of the kind of unprofessional reply's his employee send out, to my surprise he said it was actually him who sent the email, they had been in business for 50 years, sod off.. He slammed the phone down.

With customer service like that, I think we dodged a bullet, needles to say I placed our large order elsewhere with a company with a care.

Plenty of choice,a very pleasant knowledge able man.would recommended to all and good on the price.

Professional service from start to finish. Excellent quality worktop, highly skilled planners and fitters. The fitters worked really hard - I don't believe they sat down all day - whilst also remaining polite, calm and quietly confident. They obviously take great pride in their work. The worktops complete our kitchen perfectly - we recommend Terry Wilson's without hesitation.

These guys are amazing. Everyone I dealt with at the warehouse was professional and friendly. The fitters were great, they found a solution to get our long worktop into the kitchen with no fuss at all and they left everything so clean and tidy, even hoovered up while sawing so there was no mess on my driveway. There is a great selection of worktops at the warehouse. Prices are good and I was given good advice when choosing. I would absolutely recommend them.

Was not impressed, was quoted a certain amount but it ended up being for the wrong measurements, didn’t mention when ordering that someone would need to be at home to help lift the worktops and then tried to charge for a timed delivery as my husband works. Once they arrived there was some damage, had to get my kitchen fitter to look at them and luckily he could work around the damage as when I called I was told I’d need to email photos before they could be returned and replaced. They weren’t really interested and seemed not to believe that the items were damaged. Had a few chips and a dent in them but the person on the phone proceeded to tell me that it was probably on the ‘B side’ and that the damage on the side would probably be removed as they were probably wider than needed. Staff member completely missing the point and I really wanted to return them and get a refund never mind reordering through them but it meant a big delay in getting my kitchen completed. Will never use again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them!
