Dnata City Unit 2 - Turkish Cargo

Very slow and care less unit one the best shed on hole Heathrow airport.

I been going there quite often, most of the times I see Dave, very polite person always smiling very friendly, good customer service.

Not the best customer service experience!

Service levels are a shambles. You can be waiting 3-4 hours for 1 unit which takes 15mins to load but forever to someone at Dnata to serve you. Avoid at all costs. No one gives a hoot to be fair

Clean and tidy freight centre. Used to get very busy not so much nowadays. Worst points no toilets or refreshments on site

Warehouse staff are useless and slow and office staff should learn some manners
5 nights a week we go here and it's a joke every night
