Our plumbing merchant forwarded this photo of our new Boundary HiB heated mirror to customer services. HiB have responded by saying this is how the demister pads are meant to look! Uneven squares and a random circle? Where's the quality control? Really disappointing response.

*HiB have offered me a small discount off a second HiB mirror, to replace the one in the photo! Baffling.
