Screwfix Stafford DC

Arrived for my booking time to be told no bays available. Eventually after 1 hour the only bay with a wagon became empty and I went on bare in mind 5 bays either side were empty.

After an hour slowly getting tipped was then told they couldn't take the last 3 pallets off because they were too high for the pallet truck safety guide.

So then had to wait for a side tip bay to then remove the 3 pallets. Eventually left after 3 1/2 hours.

Very nice people!

Probably the worst screwfix rdc in the country, unhelpful, rude its like they don't want your load!

Office staff are helpful, but warehouse staff are useless. Take a book or download a couple of films.

Another H&S mad operation. Ensure any pallet truck or straps not on bed ad you can't climb on bed to move. Idiots thinking they have a foolproof system.

A bit tight to get on some bays with the abandoned trailers around the yard. Staff are not the worse but some mannars wouldn't go a miss
