Expectations are not high for the wage you earn. Some people don't have an understanding of what work is, great atmosphere, great facilities.

Arrogant, power mad foreign staff, no help whatsoever, as a driver who wants to sit in a disease ridden canteen with loads of other people spreading who knows what. Can’t disconnect my trailer, wait in canteen or load is cancelled, no explanation, do it or else. STUPID PATHETIC RULES

Easy to find lots of parking and a one way system with lots of safe walkways to the main building.

The worst experience ever as this is the only Amazon where they told me I have to wait outside because I didn’t have a hgv driving license. I had safety boots and a hi vis vest, but it didn’t matter. I was lucky I had a winter coat on and it wasn’t raining. It seems to me that people who make these “safety” rules forgot how to be human. All they care is about numbers and money.

Problematic team of managers.. after changing the team it's even worse. Long waiting time for unloading. They do not comply with the new regulations related to the new trailer guidelines.

I Began working at EMA2 Saturday. Its very hygienic as everyone has to wear face masks and keep a 2 meter distance. Antibacterial gel and wipes at every work station. It is multiculturally diverse and proud to be so. Its also a very fun place to work, with competitions, games and events to keep your spirits up. Good rates of pay and overtime available. In all my years of working in warehousing EMA2 is quite fantastic and I actually look forward to my next shift.
