Typical RDC....zero facilities for drivers and a 300yd walk through a busy yard just to hand in your keys..then the same again to retrieve them!...oh yes, and an hours wait after the last pallet came off before getting a green light!

No facilities for supplying drivers
After a long grueling drive to arrive within their alloted time frame I couldn't even have a drink nor rest- they just pointed me to the nearest Starbucks!

If you are a driver of a certain age, then i suggest you get your financials etc in order, because this sh** hole could be the last place on our glorious earth that you visit.

No facilities apart from a toilet so make sure you bring a cab with a bed and enough food and water to survive the trip. The security guy was a bit of a rude douche. I asked him a question and he gave me attitude. I told him to watch his tone and be respectful, he closed his window on me. #Mannersmatter

3 + hours to take off a full load. If they had better facilities, it wouldn't be so bad....i think

Incompetent staff. I loaded, I was told the paperwork was in the trailer, I pulled off the bay, no paperwork. Went back to the office where the same staff told me they had no idea about it. It took them 35 minutes to find my paperwork which was clearly marked with my reference and destination.

it's the most disgusting company in all of England. There is no point in taking only salaries from this guard. There is an employee in the office who is not in class at all, she doesn't understand and sends the drivers on green caviar and they come back twice because this woman doesn't understand anything less in the office.

Inadequate facilities or Care for driver with or without disabilities here also only one female toilet is working being forced to sit outside of the back of my unit as we’re not allowed my truck keys for safety reasons forced to park my truck 36 bays away from the office which is 5 mins plus struggle for someone with disabilities not great on a cold day 3 degrees, I will definitely make sure many driver know to be aware of this very poor site with rude unprofessional staff who only care for themselves.
