You'll do well to park on the road outside the gate and book in if you're tipping a container. I was tipping a 20ft and was told it would take about 3 hours. It did. They're a friendly bunch and the loo is clean.

it is very narrow. You leave your truck in the street, you go through the rain to the office to check in. She tell you to go back to the time you booked for unloading at the office, in u. finally she give you the ramp, which only with prayers you manage to park there, then leave the cars where they want... see the picture and try to figure it out ,and on the ramp, wait for them to unload you when they feel like it. So that fixed booking is to take the documents to the office and as they have time and mood to start downloading! a joke for transporters, like most companies!

As a driver, this company deserve a five star rating for all they staff that deal with drivers on a day 2 day basics…. Over the years I feel that drivers get the worse treatment ever &. Get the must rudest welcome when they turn up with goods the staff here are 1 in a million very Professional & very understanding of the haulage industry & willing 2 take the goods all of the time…. Or rearrange. Booking time.. COMPANY that Definitely Deserve a rating as this RESPECT maxim log

Nobody seems to be working. My paperwork says 13.00 and they say 15.00. So gotta wait on a Friday afternoon. Wot happened to helping each other. Hope they come to our yard. Out of ten...a big 0. Horrid place

Not a bad place really ...girls on reception are friendly and see to u quickly. When on the bays you get tipped or loaded pretty quickly as well.

Bullying on a mammoth scale, drivers don't speak to you even to say hello. Pressure to get things done, telling you to get back to the yard from an overnight even though you haven't got the hours. Staff in office useless. You will be reminded that the driver's hours are YOUR problem not theirs. Remember work here you're a minion and if you forget that at any stage the bullying little cow in the office will remind you that you signed a contract to do as your told and be available to overnight 5 nights on the bounce...... There's nothing in the contract to say that. But question her about it and she will deny saying it..
