People working there can be very nasty. And for the higher ups your a number in the system. They can't properly measure how well you work or not. They go by face most of the times.

Worked here before back in 2005 and it was excellent. Been to the Matalan course and completed it and passed the assessment and interview went well. I asked for 10am-2pm shift and James was going to ask about it. I haven't heard ANYTHING!!!!!!

Can be really slow on tipping ! However staff are nice and polite. And trying to improve.
