Unfortunately they don’t call the shots for Geneva to supply more steel sports models :-(

All staffs are absolutely lovely, friendly and very responsive. I had no relationship with the boutique when I walked in to the store almost a year ago. Eugenia was very eager to build the new relationship and I absolutely loved my experience in dealing with her being so responsive and caring. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience in buying 3 watches for myself, my wife and my father so far! Look for Eugenia at the boutique!!

Usually I don’t write many reviews but this one is a must!
I can’t even put in words how wonderful experience I had in Rolex Boutique at Heathrow Terminal 2. I was welcomed and hosted by Edita on 2 occasions. First when I was trying to figure out which combination of model, dial, material, color and what type of bracelet to choose. Edita was very engaged and helpful. She brought so many models with so many different combinations of options for me to try on. She offered me a drink and very warm and friendly chat during my browsing. I made my decision but didn’t order at that time. 3 months later I came in to the boutique and was warmly welcomed again by Edita. She remembered me, my name and the model that I decided as best one for me 3 months ago. Wow!
This time we sat down and completed the order! What a wonderful experience indeed! I felt very welcomed and nicely surprised that she remembered my name and the type of watch we talked about months before. Speaking of hospitality and professionalism this is as high as it gets!

I have always been greated so pleasantly at the Rolex Boutique Heathrow T2. From our very first contact in October 2021, just walking into the boutique before a flight, Eugenia has been the kindest advisor one can wish for. I owned only one (older) Rolex that has been in my possession for many years, but regardless of the lack of purchase history, I was offered the chance to become a new customer. Over the past two months I have bought two magnificent Rolex timepieces with Eugenia, who has proven to be a true asset for Watches of Switzerland. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, forwardthinking and offering exceptional customer service, Eugenia and her colleagues are a delight to deal with. I hope to be able to return to this Rolex Boutique for many years to come.

I was absolutely delighted to purchase my second Rolex from this store to celebrate a special occasion. Andy H has always provided exceptional service and I can’t thank him enough for all his help and advice over the last couple of years. Im not a review writer for sure but my last experience at Rolex boutique at Heathrow terminal 2 is the one which I cannot leave without it. I been trying to buy my first Rolex for around two years and just could not make it.
I walked into the boutique as a casual guy who usually walk by and I been treated as a special client. The lady who who welcomed me was Mariam. After I had a little chat and described my experience with Rolex, Mariam offered to review my account with them and after a little while I been offered to see something very special form me. I agreed and She brought out the 95% of the full match of what I have been waiting for! And guess, Mariam even gave me a chance to buy one.

That was beyond my expectation especially in that day. And this is how my story with the Rolex has begun which I believe will be a breath taking once again and again.

I wish to everyone who is in love with the Rolex to visit this boutique and to have uniq experience! And if you will see Mariam there please pass my very warm Hello.

I usually never write reviews but I just had an awful experience with this store with a particular gentleman named Jian Wang. Considering this is Rolex known to be a company that excels in Customer Experience, I can easily say this has been the worst experience. The gentleman was least interested in showing us around and had frown on his face throughout. Just curious now to know where has customer service and training sales staff disappeared with a company like Rolex. This is definitely my worst experience and I highly doubt I will ever enter this store again because of this experience and consider even buying a Rolex again. Rolex has to definitely monitor how their sales staff interact with clients.
