Outstanding Customer Service, Great Product, My "Go To" Store

I recently bought two watches from Hour Hour Passion Outlet Boutique Watch Shop Portsmouth.  The service I received from start to finish was outstanding from both the salesperson but especially the Manager, Sonia Karami.

They were super helpful and knowledgeable, listened intently what we were looking for and offered us an amazing deal on quality products.

But it was the after sales service that was superb and compassionate when I had need to get in touch for personal reasons following the sale. We will be eternally grateful to Sonia for the kindness, respect and professionalism she showed. I cannot recommend her, the store and management highly enough.  I am a very happy customer and Passion Hour Portsmouth is now my "go to" store for the future.

Sonia and Carla looked after me in purchasing a specific watch, they then proceeded to find others! And contacted me over a few weeks , I have since purchased 5 pieces. Lovely staff, beyond helpful and not pushy sales people. I will definitely stay in touch with the ladies as they are excellent. Thanks Mat.

Had to leave a review as the team were excellent today! I wanted to treat myself to a new watch but also wanted to get something for my 5 year old son. He got upset when we had to take the flik-flak watch he was trying on from him, (wanted to browse other shops before purchasing our watches) and the team helped with him and were great helping me with my purchase too!

Not pushy, gave me plenty of space to think about my choice and were knowledgeable about the brands they stock.

Left with 2 new watches, happy dad and a happy son! Highly recommended

Great customer service, I was lucky to have Jane helping me out with choosing a present. They have a good collection of watches with great prices. I recommend to have a look at the store if you are planning to buy one.

Went to the shop today and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received from the staff there. The lady who helped me with my purchase of an amazing watch was Sonia. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the watches and throughout her amazing help ensured me to choose the right watch for me.

Went in today with my mum as she was buying me a watch as a belated birthday present. Didn’t really know what I wanted but thanks to Jane really taking the time and her expertise, I managed to walk out with a lovely Rado watch. Brilliant selection and excellent customer service. Thank you Jane
