Spacious branch with some big name brands. Staff are helpful and polite. Special thanks to Hannah who helped to look after my purchase and always very courteous in communications.
Would be nicer if there are brands such as Ap, Patek etc in the line up.

Edited in 2020: after my sales left, the quality of the service had gone down hill. Now i have stopped dealing with the store. Customer gets measured/judged by cash spent. Although I have made purchase of a £10k watch and referred friends to purchase £16k of watch, I still get brushed away when inquiring about any in demand watches, and they don't hide their tactics & will tell you in the face (if you spend more/buy more jewelry etc you get a shot)

Hence 5 stars to 1

Rebecca has given us amazing customer service. My fiancée and I were seeking a Tissot PRX as an engagement watch for me, and even though it isn't a brand this store specialises in, Rebecca was so helpful and offered to order it into the store for next-day arrival. Rebecca got us drinks to celebrate, which was really nice. And we picked it up with ease during the week.

After a few days I realised I sized it too tight for summer (it was a cold day when I picked it up, whereas the next two days were really warm and so my wrist expanded). So I popped back in and Rebecca helpfully added a link in and talked me through how to properly check whether the strap fits perfectly.

I've had the best customer service I've experienced with a watch retailer for a long time. Even though Tissots are on the entry-level of Swiss watch brands, we were still treated with exceptional customer service and respect, whereas other retailers can sometimes give you less attention if you aren't buying a top-end expensive watch.

5 star for Rebecca's brilliant customer service.

We had an appointment last week with Rebecca and the customer service level and experience was fantastic. We were welcomed and offered a drink before our consultation. Warm, friendly chat which met all our expectations of this high end jewellers. Thanks again.

After being burgled in February 2021, I purchased a £1,200 18ct gold bangle to partly replace my beloved stolen original gold jewellery. After wearing the bangle for just 5 weeks, it became caught slightly in the satin strap of my night slip whilst changing and, instead of simply catching (as you would expect a gold bangle to do) it became bent and twisted. There was absolutely NO strength or quality in this alleged £1,200 worth piece. The way in which it bent and twisted, allowed me to see that the gold bangle was not only hollow, it was simply sheet (very, very thin) metal bent and not finished or secured properly - no wonder it bent and twisted so very, very easily. After contacting Mappin & Webb and sending them multiple photographs and a video, it took two weeks for their QC team to review it and confirm that they were not going to offer a repair, replacement or a refund. They have done nothing at all to remedy this. I cannot comprehend how a company can sell an item for £1,200 that is to be worn on a wrist, and not design and make it to a satisfactory quality and so that it is fit for purchase - which this item very much isn't - and then refuses to remedy this. Horrendous customer service. I didn't want to purchase from this company (forced to via the insurance company) and this is why. Cheap items sold at inflated prices with utterly dire customer service. A breach of contract claim is pending.
