I had some Tesco vouchers and was a bit worried if it was alright using them in You Cheltenham store. I was greeted by Arefeh. What a lovely and helpful young lady. Always a wonderful shopping experience, the staff are very friendly and very knowlegeable.

In the past I have had brilliant service off one member of staff however today when i came in asking for advice the woman was so rude, did not have the time of day for me and did not answer any of my questions. She made me feel like i was stupid and wasting her time. For the price of what i purchased, i expect to be listened to if i think there's something wrong with it.

Asked them to change the size of my watch. Instead of accepting that they couldn’t do it, they gave me a partially adjusted watch that fell off 12 hours later. Becky was fantastic but other staff showed a lack of intuition to work out how to adjust my watch.
