Watches of Switzerland

Fairly small branch and not as many watches in the counters as the other ones in the west end, but the staff are all very welcoming and helpful. I was able to acquire my watch here two months after I made the inquiry with the help from Adrian, always very professional and happy to talk to me about watches, market and news etc while I was at the store. Great experience.

Bottom line: I bought my first Rolex at this store. Laura was brilliant and made the process a wonderful experience.

My fiancé and I stopped in this shop on a recent trip to London. We are newly engaged and she wanted to buy me a nice watch to commemorate the occasion. While many shops are quick to dismiss customers looking for a steel Rolex, this was the the case in this store. Laura was extremely patient with us, walking us through the models and helping us select a watch that was elegant but also subdued enough for daily wear.

I would recommend Watches of Switzerland to anyone looking for a new or pre owned Swiss timepiece. Also, do ask for Laura.

What a pleasure it has been for me and my husband to visit this store, very professional service and they really care about you. We’ve been looked after by lovely gentleman called Adrian and he’s been a absolute delight to deal with got us the perfect gift for my father in law 50th and my husband’s favorite Rolex for his birthday. All I can say is I am impressed. New strap was fitted with no issues that was bought in a different branch of the group. Ben helped me, quick and efficient but also super friendly and down to earth which can be rare in these types of stores. It would definitely make me want to come back for a future purchase but I’ll have to save up for another new watch first. First class and kudos to Ben
