Great shop with friendly staff. My husband bought my birthday present from here - a wonderful Rado watch - and was a bit unsure which one to pick.
His consultant Tony was great and really helpful, explained all the pros and cons for each model. My hubs was really impressed by the amount of knowledge that Tony had about the watches and the way he explained everything. He also took all the time my hubs needed to take the decision and he did not feel rushed or pushed to purchase, which is important.
We went a couple of days later to back to the shop to see Tony and to have my watch adjusted on my hand. Similar to the first visit, Tony made us feel welcomed and rushed in helping us.

The staff try and are very helpful but unfortunately the issue that I had could not be resolved in branch and resulted in the me not giving the full five stars however the fact that they did try there best is why I have rated them as high as I have

Don't buy nothing from this shop. . when you are buying something they tell you... your insurance cover all damage...but after one week I was to ask them if it's normal to get scratch in my watches (I didn't work with the watches) and they told me ... SORRY BUT WE DON'T CAN TO DO NATHING

Service was really good as Hina was serving.
Items reasonably priced manager gave a good wrapping service

Nice and designer jewelry. Not a great fan of all the contemporary pieces, but some seem really nice.

Very polite and helpful went in on my disabled scooter like Mallards in ilford High St. Excellent Service and Staff FAB they have Respect for Clients and ate very very accommodating I love my Mallards Shop and it has in the Shop plenty of Disabled space when I go in on my Disabled Scooter absolutely FAB I enjoy going to them as it is on my door step Happy Christmas and New year to all my shops Wilko and TK Maxx and Hedgehogs Hair Salon to Lorraine the Manager whom works very hard to keep thd Salon thriving in this Climate of Change she keeps everybody up beat my FAB Salon love my ilford shops and Bonmarche.

Collected a gift which i ordered online. Great staff, very composed and professional. Great experience.
